Position Summary
As part of the Military & Defense Sales Team, the Program Manager will oversee all Military & Defense projects to ensure overall success, customer satisfaction, risk management, and alignment to overall corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities - as the Program Manager, you are responsible for the following:
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, including setting goals, outlining scope, determining timelines, defining resources, and establishing program governance and controls.
  • Complete all deliverables including CDRLS, reports, meeting minutes, and project status.
  • Coordinate customer meetings and visits as defined by program requirements.
  • Create, manage, and report on program budgets, ensuring efficient use of funds and resources.
  • Monitor progress across multiple projects, ensuring they stay on track and align with the program's objectives.
  • Resolve issues that arise during the program lifecycle, providing direction and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including leadership, partners, and external parties, and communicate program objectives, goals, and progress to them.
  • Define and align program goals with the organization's overarching strategic objectives and priorities.
  • Member of proposal team for new program efforts.
  • Maintain product roadmap, guiding program alignment to product strategy.

Position Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of Government Contracting or Military Applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Skills in managing budgets and ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Ability to proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues.
  • Highly motivated & driven to deliver results that meet & exceed goals
  • Outstanding verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management
