Overview

Jonathan is a highly rated and reliable coach with extensive experience in investment banking recruitment and career coaching. He spent ten years as an Investment Banker and eight years as a hiring manager in recruiting, interviewing, managing, and coaching Analysts and Associates. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and Harvard Business School.

Jonathan is an Army veteran who offers insights to individuals transitioning from military service into civilian careers. He enjoys exercising and reading non-fiction when not coaching.

Jonathan has been actively involved in recruiting for over two decades, supporting candidates through the entire recruitment process and providing guidance across diverse career paths, including medical, operations, business development, and start-ups.

As a coach, he emphasizes 1-on-1 coaching and practical guidance to help candidates achieve concrete next steps in their careers.

Jonathan has a track record of working with Investment Banking Analyst and Associate candidates, including interviewing and coaching, and has experience at the hiring-manager level with oversight of hiring decisions after assessment events.
