ABOUT OUR AGENCY:Our agency opened in 2022 and has experienced tremendous growth every year - and we're just getting started. I've been with State Farm since 2015 and have spent the past decade building a career centered around helping people protect what matters most. Originally from Minnesota and a graduate of the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, I'm passionate about serving our community and creating opportunities for others to grow personally and professionally.
Our team is currently small but mighty, with two full-time members and one part-time intern, and we're looking to expand. We're energetic, positive, and driven by three core values: work ethic, caring (for our customers, our community, our team, and ourselves), and continuous growth. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
