We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our compressor products and services to oil and gas operators, engineers, and procurement teams.


What You'll Do

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Conduct fact-to-face meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including field operators, engineers and executives
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet operational challenges
  • Negotiate and close deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Track sales activities, prepare reports, and meet monthly/quarterly targets
  • Represent MWC at trade shows and industry events

Requirements:

What You Bring:

  • 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in oil/gas or industrial equipment
  • Proven experience in B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of compressor systems and field operations
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (preferably Monday.com)
  • Ability to travel frequently within the territory and occasionally beyond
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet background/MVR requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience
