Our client, a growing private equity firm, is seeking a highly capable and resourceful Executive Assistant to support their Capital Partnerships team. This is a unique opportunity to join a boutique, community-oriented office where collaboration, professionalism, and drive are valued at every level. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of administrative experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to stay two steps ahead in a fast-moving environment. A strong attention to detail, polished communication skills, and a confident, forward-thinking approach are essential to thriving in this role.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer and screen incoming calls with professionalism

  • Manage complex and demanding calendars, prioritizing conflicts with sound judgment

  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, and conference room logistics

  • Ensure Partners are fully prepared with materials and briefings ahead of meetings

  • Arrange seamless domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, car services, and dining reservations

  • Process monthly expense reports accurately and in a timely manner

  • Maintain and update contacts in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and organization

  • Handle minimal personal support as needed

  • Uphold the highest level of discretion and confidentiality at all times


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment (ideally finance)

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
