As a Facilities Engineer II/III/Senior and member of the integrated Upstream Facilities Engineering and Construction Team, you will lead adiverse portfolioof upstream and midstream capital projects across the Company'sWamsutterassets.This roleprovidesthe opportunity tomanagecomplexfacilitiesengineering assignmentswhile collaboratingclosely with construction, reservoir, drilling, completions, production, operations, HSE, land, regulatory, and environmentalteams.The ideal candidate willbringastrongbackground in facilities engineering,demonstratedexperience delivering complexprojects,andexcellenttechnical, planning, and communication skills.Thisposition isbasedin the Company's Denver, Colorado office, with periodictravelrequired.

Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Leads high-impactupstream and midstream facilities projects-including production facilities,saltwater disposal facilities, gas gathering pipelines, SWD pipelines, and compression/gas lift systems-from conceptdevelopment throughstartupand handoff

  • Ownsfacilities equipment designforassigned projects,including separators, tanks, pump skids, compressors, pipelines, and related infrastructure

  • Develops key engineering deliverables, includingprocessdesign, equipmentspecifications,construction drawings,PFDs, P&IDs, plot plans, and right-of-waydocumentation

  • Anticipates equipment and service needs, partner closely with Supply Chain, and help drivetimelyprocurement strategies that support safe and efficient project execution

  • Manages the financial performance of assigned projects, including AFE development, cost tracking, forecasting, and proactive communication of risks and opportunities

  • Collaborateswith upstream and midstream operations teamsthroughconstruction, commissioning,startup, and turnoverto ensure projectsare delivered safely, efficiently, and ready for long-term operational success

  • Leadsproject lookbacksand applydesign, construction, and operational feedback tocontinuouslyimprove facilitydesigns, execution practices, and future project outcomes

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities, managing concurrent projects, andmaintainingstrong attention to safety, quality, and schedule

  • Identifiesopportunities to innovate, improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the way facilities projects are designed and delivered

  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:
  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; A minimum eight (8) years of multifaceted engineering experience in the natural gas or facility engineering
  • Preferred: Master's degree in related field
Other Requirements:
    • Exhibits excellentorganizational, communication, andinterpersonalskills anddeemssafety an utmost priority

    • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Application and PC skills

    • Knowledge ofproductionequipment,pipeline, rotating equipment, and electrical design

    • Proficiencyin HSE compliance and leadership

    • Strong understandingof industrycodesandstandardsandsafety,regulatory, and environmental requirements

    • Preferred: Working knowledge of industry software (e.g.,PowerBl, PIPESIM, HYSIS, etc.)

    • Preferred: Experience working Federal (BLM) assets

    • Preferred: Wyoming or othercold weatherexperience a plus

$122,800 - $171,550 - $233,600
