Job description

The Senior Performance Manager is responsible for leading relatively large, new and/or complex third-party relationships, programs, and initiatives. In this role you will foster relationships with partners to drive organizational success, analyze initiatives, execute on strategic priorities, measures against performance goals, and ensures consumer treatment in line with our values and policies. Responsibilities include:


  • Own third-party vendor relationships and performance related to the company’s strategy and goals.
  • Analyze business drivers at both the partner and program level to manage and improve performance.
  • Build, set, and communicate performance plans to get results including Identify areas where a change is vital.
  • Identify root causes and frame a solution while considering insights of internal/external partners. Generate a range of solutions with associated benefits, costs, and risks.
  • Deliver on strategic and program priorities. Create plans and manage projects of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Ensure a culture of compliance including partner compliance with company expectations and vice versa.

Requirements

  • Education – Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a project or process management role, operations management, management consulting, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel).
  • Program or relationship management skills, collaboration skills, problem-solving skills, and analytical skills.
  • Comfort with public speaking and presenting to internal and external partners.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with SAS or other data querying tools.
