Job description

Mighty Turf is a factory-direct, wholesale artificial turf supplier based in Fontana, CA. We are currently seeking driven Regional B2B Sales Representatives to build and scale a book of trade buyers in the Phoenix and surrounding markets. (100% Commission based - 1099 and W2 opportunities available to the right candidate)

This is a high-autonomy, field-based outside sales role. You will spend your days on the phone and in the field with landscape contractors and outdoor trades—introducing them to Mighty Turf, setting up their wholesale accounts, and keeping them buying. You will fully own your territory and pipeline, and your earning potential directly reflects your sales success.

If you know your local market, love the hustle of outside B2B sales, and are ready to sell a high-demand product with a massive pricing advantage, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect & Pipeline: Proactively identify, cold-call, and visit landscape contractors, turf installers, and outdoor trades within your territory.
  • Demonstrate Value: Get in front of decision-makers, understand their current sourcing challenges, and show them how our factory-direct pricing dramatically increases their project margins.
  • Close Deals: Send price lists, distribute product samples, quote upcoming jobs, and close orders.
  • Manage Accounts: Keep existing trade accounts engaged, facilitate consistent reorders, and identify opportunities to grow mid-sized accounts.
  • Utilize Technology: Efficiently manage your pipeline, log outreach, generate quotes, and track orders using our all-in-one customized CRM and sales portal.
  • Hit Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales and volume goals.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Proven Sales Drive: Prior sales experience is preferred, especially in landscaping, building/construction materials, turf, or a related trade. (However, if you are a relentless, natural closer, we want to hear from you regardless of background).
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Comfortable cold-calling, organizing your own daily route, and working independently. This is a role for an entrepreneurial builder.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the contractor and landscaping landscape in your region, or the ability to build those local relationships rapidly.
  • Reliability: Must have a reliable vehicle, mobile phone, and a flawless track record of professional follow-through.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish): Highly preferred and a major competitive advantage in our Southwest markets.

What We Offer

  • Uncapped Earning Potential: A highly competitive, commission-based structure with no ceiling. The harder you work, the more you earn.
  • An Easy Product to Sell: We offer in-stock, premium, FIFA-certified, PFAS-free turf at prices that consistently beat the traditional distributors your prospects currently use.
  • Advanced Sales Tools: Access to our built-in sales portal, which streamlines your day-to-day with pre-loaded lead lists, integrated calling, instant quoting, and seamless order tracking.
  • Unmatched Operational Backing: Same-day will-call in Fontana, fast regional freight, and free samples to help you close deals quickly.
  • Customized Structure: Territory boundaries, compensation targets, and specific role structures will be tailored to you and discussed during the interview.

Company Description

We sell strictly to the trade—partnering with landscape contractors, turf installers, and outdoor trades across Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona.
Because we bypass the traditional distribution network to ship factory-direct, our contractors bypass the middleman markup and keep an extra 20% to 40% margin in their own pockets. We stock 20 certified turf lines (including FIFA-certified, PFAS-free, and ERET-recyclable options), sell cut rolls with no order minimums up to full truckloads, and back every order with same-day will-call at our Fontana warehouse and reliable freight directly to the job site.
