About the Role

The Middle Office Operations Associate at SS&C Financial Services, LLC will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational activities within the middle office, ensuring accurate and timely processing of trades, managing cash and position reconciliations, and providing critical support to portfolio managers and other internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of financial instruments and operational workflows.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Perform daily trade affirmation and confirmation processes across various asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives, etc.).
  • Execute and reconcile cash and position breaks with custodians, prime brokers, and counterparties.
  • Monitor and process corporate actions, ensuring accurate reflection in portfolio management systems.
  • Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies, failed trades, and settlement issues in a timely manner.
  • Generate and distribute various operational reports, including performance, risk, and compliance data.
