You will work hands-on with prototypes, collaborate with global engineering and manufacturing teams, support product launches, and ensure that our products meet customer requirements, internal quality standards, and compliance expectations. This is a high-impact role with opportunities to innovate, lead, and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and execution of prototype and production builds, including procurement, kitting, documentation, and hands-on build support.
  • Support seamless product transitions to full-scale manufacturing.
  • Contribute to verification and reliability activities by defining, managing, and tracing engineering requirements.
  • Manage product data, including Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, part set-up, Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), deviations, and configuration control.
  • Develop documentation and partner with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure product compliance.
  • Communicate technical information clearly through teleconferences, emails, presentations, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide technical input for proposals, including scope definition, budgeting, and schedule development.
  • Collaborate with technicians and manufacturing teams to develop work instructions, build processes, and training materials.
  • Support both internal and external customers with product-related inquiries and troubleshooting.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
  • Strong Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and New Product Introduction (NPI) experience.
  • Proficient in engineering practices and procedures related to electronic components and manufacturing.
  • Utilize experience/judgment to develop solutions for highly complex engineering issues.
  • Demonstrated advanced expertise in failure analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of working independently and thriving in a team environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CAD.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing principles, including Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to navigate challenging situations effectively.
  • Highly organized and adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) manufacturing and processes.
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as aerospace, medical, or defense.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, BOM development, and configuration/revision control practices.

Join Our Journey: If you're ready to be a part of something extraordinary, challenge the status quo, and shape the future, then we want to hear from you. Together, we'll continue to win, while we build products lives depend on.

Our Benefits:

  • Full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • HSA/FSA Options.
  • PTO and Holiday Pay
  • Company-paid life insurance and disability at 1 times your annual salary at no cost to you, with options to increase coverage amounts
