Build & Innovate

• Design, develop, and enhance modern web applications and business-critical systems.
• Create scalable integrations between laboratory systems, quality platforms, CRM solutions, and enterprise applications.
• Develop APIs and digital solutions that streamline operations and improve connectivity across the organization.

Transform Digital Experiences

• Lead and contribute to the modernization of customer-facing websites and digital platforms.
• Champion user-centric design principles to create engaging, accessible, and intuitive experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into seamless digital journeys.

Turn Data into Decisions

• Analyze operational and quality data to uncover meaningful insights and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Apply statistical and analytical techniques to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Automate & Optimize

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve workflow efficiency.
• Implement technology solutions that enhance productivity, scalability, and business performance.
• Support ongoing optimization of systems and business processes.

Ensure Excellence

• Maintain secure, reliable, and compliant applications aligned with governance standards.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation efforts, and continuous improvement activities that elevate development standards.

What You Bring:
Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4 to 7 years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on expertise in one or more technologies such as C#, .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience developing modern web applications, APIs, and enterprise solutions.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with UI/UX design, user research, and responsive web design.
• A proven track record of contributing to website redesigns, digital modernization programs, or customer experience initiatives.
• Ability to develop wireframes, mockups, or user experience recommendations.
• Knowledge of statistics, data analytics, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R.
• Exposure to laboratory, quality management, manufacturing, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Understanding of proficiency testing programs, reference materials, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 17043, or laboratory quality systems.
• Experience within mining, minerals, environmental, industrial, or scientific testing industries.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*:  $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
