In addition to being the world’s largest remanufacturer of heating parts, Sid Harvey’s also produces it’s own line of brand name products for HVAC/R service work. The company is privately held, and includes 80 branch locations, a central distribution center and a manufacturing plant, across 20 states. Sid Harvey’s corporate office is located in Garden City, NY.

Job Description

Seeking an experienced High Reach forklift Operator to select Outbound orders and Receive/put away product.

Job Requirements

  • Select and stage outbound customer orders
  • Performs put away of received goods
  • Monitors inventory by reporting discrepancies.
  • Clears production area by securing and moving finished pallets; moving empty pallets.
  • Maintains safe work environment by watching out for foot traffic; following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
  • Keeps High Reach Machine operating by following operating instructions; daily inspections.
  • Accomplishes warehousing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications

  • High Reach forklift experience, Previous RF scanning experience preferred, Documentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Dependability, Initiative, Handles Pressure, Coordination, Organization, Productivity.
