SynergenX is looking to hire a Mid-Level Full Time Provider for the South Houston area.

SynergenX- Low T are leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients' lives.

Mid-Level Providers work in conjunction with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness (such as management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, low libido)

Candidates must have excellent medical and academic credentials, be technologically savvy, and able to effectively manage staff and operations at their location.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing
  • Current DEA license is a requirement
  • Have an NP or PA Certification
  • Willing to float between Webster, Pasadena, Friendswood, Galleria, Sugarland, Katy

Hours of Operation

  • Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (2 per month with incentivized pay)
  • We keep you to 40-41 hours a week

Training

Must be able to train for 2 full weeks 10 consecutive business days, paid.

Compensation:
