(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Pediatric-NP - 1,000 Signing Bonus! Pediatric Nurse Practitioner | Family Nurse Practitioner (Out Patient Practice Only) - Greenville, Texas (New Graduate Friendly with collaborative Physician Support)
We are currently seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening with a well-respected Pediatric Group Practice in East, Texas. Interested candidates should be nationally certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. New Graduates with meaningful pediatric RN experience encouraged to apply as the Pediatrician enjoys training and mentoring new graduates and you would be part of a integrated team!
Responsibilities of the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Provide health maintenance care, including well-child exams and childhood immunizations.
Obtain complete medical history and physical data on patients; the PNP also performs complete physical exams; interprets and integrates data to determine appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan.
Collaborate with physicians in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients.
Carryout routine developmental screenings.
Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses.
Patient volume 20-50 per day
Requirements of the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Master's degree in Nursing
Must be nationally certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner
Current APRN, PNP license
PNP | FNP must have independent patient assessment skills and be a team player
Current CPR, and PALS preferred
Compensation for the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
The compensation is a combination of a base salary with incentives and the Provider earn a compensation package of $100,000-$120,000+ (Depending upon experience) as a full time employee with a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental and 401K plan. Flexible 4 day week schedule (4|10 hour shifts). No after hours on-call responsibilities. CME Allowance and relocation assistance.
