Work Arrangement: Primarily based at a contractor site within 30 driving miles of Colorado Springs/ Washington, D.C., with onsite support at Department of State facilities as required

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Mid-Level .NET Developer (Programmer 2) to support a large-scale .NET application within a national security environment. This position will develop and enhance C#/ASP.NET solutions while supporting data analysis, reconciliation, consolidation, reporting, user interface development, mobile application development, and CI/CD activities.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise applications using C# and ASP.NET.

Support both client-side and server-side application development.

Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and consolidation.

Integrate data from multiple sources and support deduplication activities.

Analyze trends and patterns and develop queries and reports.

Design and develop user interface components.

Develop solutions using .NET Framework and .NET Core.

Work with Entity Framework and SQL Server.

Use Visual Studio 2019+ and GitLab source control.

Participate in CI/CD and Agile software delivery processes.

Apply object-oriented analysis and design principles to application development.

Minimum Qualifications

4+ years of C#/ASP.NET software development experience on complex technical projects, including highly available national security systems.

Intermediate understanding of C#/ASP.NET enterprise software architecture components and patterns.

Intermediate understanding of ASP.NET Framework 4.0 or greater and .NET Core.

Experience with both client-side and server-side development.

Experience with Entity Framework.

Experience with Visual Studio 2019+.

Experience with object-oriented analysis and design.

Experience with SQL Server.

Experience with GitLab source control.

Experience with data analysis and reconciliation.

Experience with multi-source data integration and deduplication.

Experience with query development and reporting.

Experience with user interface design and development.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Active Final DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Located in Colorado or the DMV area.

Experience supporting a large-scale federal IT program.

Experience with the SAFe Agile delivery framework.
