## Why This Role Is Different

Our client is a nationally known and respected nonprofit a household name in its space with a mission that reaches communities across the country. And here s what most IT candidates don t know: through Microsoft s nonprofit technology program, this organization runs on the **newest Microsoft technology available**. No legacy debt. No we ll upgrade next year. You ll work on a current, modern stack the same tools enterprise teams pay premium licensing for.

If you want your work to matter beyond a quarterly report, and you want to sharpen your skills on current-generation Microsoft tools instead of babysitting aging infrastructure, this is that seat.

## What You ll Own

**Endpoint Management (Microsoft Intune)**
Deploy, configure, and manage devices on a modern, cloud-first platform. Build compliance policies, app deployments, and configuration profiles across the fleet.

**Identity & Access (Active Directory + Entra ID)**
Manage identity across a hybrid AD/Entra environment conditional access, MFA enforcement, and the full identity lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

**Microsoft 365 Administration**
Own tenant health, Exchange Online, licensing, and security policies on current M365 tooling.

**SharePoint Administration**
Structure sites, permissions, and governance so mission-critical content stays organized, secure, and findable.

**Microsoft Teams**
Manage policies, channels, and integrations that keep a distributed, mission-driven team connected.

**Microsoft Applications Management**
Be the go-to for the broader Microsoft ecosystem updates, integrations, license optimization, and evaluating the new tools Microsoft releases to nonprofits first.

## What You Bring

3 5 years administering Microsoft environments
Hands-on Intune device and application management
Strong Active Directory and Entra ID experience (hybrid identity, conditional access, MFA)
Microsoft 365 tenant administration Exchange, licensing, security & compliance
SharePoint site and permissions administration is a plus
Teams administration and policy management is a plus
Solid networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, TCP/IP

## Bonus Points

Microsoft certifications (MS-102, MD-102, AZ-104, or SC-300)
PowerShell scripting for automation
Defender for Endpoint or Microsoft Purview experience

## The Total Package

**Exceptional benefits** the kind of comprehensive health, retirement, and time-off package nonprofits are known for, and most private-sector employers have quietly cut
**Newest Microsoft technology** build your resume on current-generation tools, not legacy systems
**Mission impact** your infrastructure work directly supports programs serving communities nationwide
**Stability and respect** a nationally established organization, not a startup betting your job on next quarter

## Who Thrives Here

You document what you fix. You automate what repeats. You flag risks before they become outages. And you d rather build a career at an organization whose name means something than chase the highest bidder into a legacy environment.
