Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline required.
  • Strong self-motivation, sense of urgency, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent engineering fundamentals, including Materials Science and Statics.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude with proven ability to apply higher-level engineering calculations.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret technical specifications, customer requirements, and engineering standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Demonstrated initiative in personal and professional development, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of the design and fabrication of shell-and-tube heat exchangers, pressure vessels, or other custom-engineered equipment.
  • Familiarity with ASME Code requirements, particularly Section VIII and Section IX.
  • Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Fabrication experience or knowledge is preferred.
