We are looking to add another team member to our Mansfield/Wellsboro, PA office. We are seeking a Civil Engineer or an Environmental Engineer who can support civil/ESC permitting

While we are open to a hybrid schedule, we would like a weekly onsite presence, but we are flexible to your days in the office.

You will collaboratewith ateam to manage and design projects on-time and on-budget and coordinatewith other professionals including engineers, CAD, survey personnel and geologists.You will execute engineering and environmental tasks at the direction of a Regional Manager.We are looking for an individualwith enthusiasm for site safety, outstanding client service, a persistent initiative to continually learn new technical practices, and a desire to earn the confidence of clientele, company management/colleagues, and regulators.

Practice areasinclude:

  • Hydrology and hydraulics
  • Erosion and sedimentation controls
  • Storm water management controls
  • Material balance assessments
  • Geotechnical evaluations
  • Highway occupancy permits
  • Construction specification development
  • Natural gas permitting and regulatory compliance
  • Environmental compliance/remediation including Act 2 (PA Title 25, Chapter 250) and Unconventional Shale shale gas development (PA Title 25, Chapter 78a)

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
  • Engineering license (PE, EIT)
  • 5-15 years field related experience
  • Strong writing and communication skills
