LEADERSHIP TRACK: 2+ Years of Shop Leadership, Supervisory, or Team Lead Experience (Required for Lead Role; Up to $30/hr)

MID-LEVEL TRACK: 2+ Years of Solid Industrial/Production Coating Experience (Attracts $25–$27/hr Candidates)

What You Will Be Doing
  • Operate premium industrial spray equipment to apply high-uniformity primers and specialized finish coatings within a state-of-the-art paint booth assembly.
  • Utilize specialized pneumatic tools and surface prep equipment to ensure optimal material adhesion and defect-free finishes before final assembly.
  • Maintain precise quality control metrics by using a standard physical measurement tape continuously to verify exact dimensions against engineering specifications.
  • Provide daily floor direction and task assignment to the surface preparation and finishing crew (Lead role only), coordinating closely with cross-functional shop supervisors.
  • Mentor and cross-train technicians (Lead role only) on proper application techniques, coating thicknesses, equipment maintenance, and strict departmental safety guidelines.

  • Proven finishing pedigree with a minimum of 2+ years of stable experience operating industrial spray guns, managing lines, and calibrating fluid regulators.
  • Leadership capability (For Lead Track): 2+ years of verifiable experience serving as a Lead Painter, Shop Foreman, or Production Supervisor within an industrial manufacturing setting.
  • Rigorous eye for detail backed by a verifiable track record of identifying coating defects and the absolute ability to read tape measures down to minor fractions instantly.
