Job Summary:
ELEVI Associates is seeking a Software Engineer Mid Level to join their Software Development & Engineering team. The role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex software systems, working both individually and as part of a team, while ensuring adherence to design requirements and resolving software issues.
Responsibilities:
• Work with a team to gather information and design/create/configure tools for monitoring.
• Develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements
• Works individually or as part of a team.
• Reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results
• Resolves software problem reports.
• Utilizes software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment
• Provides specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade- offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.
Qualifications:
Required:
• You must be willing to work in the Annapolis Junction, MD
• A CURRENT OR ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE WITH POLY IS REQUIRED.
• Fourteen (14) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5)+ years of additional Software Engineer experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Required Skills/Experience: Java and JavaScript

• Required Skills/Experience: Experience utilizing corporate authentication services into a secure full stack solution
• Required Skills/Experience: Experience delivering full stack solutions within AWS cloud, utilizing API Gateway, Lambda, Secrets Manager, Parameter Store, Step Functions, DynamoDB, and Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Required Skills/Experience: Familiar with designing and implementing caching services for web applications.
• Required Skills/Experience: Multi-source Data Integration to fetch and package data from different sources.
• Required Skills/Experience: CI/CD Orchestration (Jenkins, Github, CodePipeline)
• Required Skills/Experience: Artifact State Management.
• Required Skills/Experience: Jira and Confluence.
