Candidates must have strong knowledge with large commercial equipment including kitchen, laundry, and mechanical systems. This individual should also be knowledgeable of plumbing and electrical. Previous hotel engineering experience is required. This position may also assist with shift coverage in other areas of the Engineering function. This position follows a 5-day work week.

Qualifications:
  • Previous hotel engineering experience is required.
  • Strong communication skills required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills required.
  • Good customer skills are required.
  • Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • An open and flexible schedule that requires overnight, weekend and holiday shifts.
