The Communications Specialist - Mid, is a versatile and experienced professional responsible for developing, managing, and executing a full range of internal and external communications initiatives. This role requires a blend of hands-on content creation, strategic planning, and project management to support leadership priorities, engage the workforce, and promote the organization's mission.ย  Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the specialist will manage everything from drafting daily messaging and designing visual products to managing corporate events and providing strategic counsel. This position serves as a key driver of the organization's narrative, ensuring all communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Requirements

Duties May Include:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Develop and produce a wide variety of communication materials, including talking points, speeches, news articles, newsletters, official memoranda, and social media content.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Design and create high-quality visual products such as infographics, publications, and presentations using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Provide editorial services to review and refine content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to organizational style and policy.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive communications plans and campaigns for key initiatives, programs, and events.

Required Skills:
