Job Summary:
The Full Stack Developer-Cleared supports the design, development, integration, and maintenance of software and web-based systems. This role collaborates closely with customers and cross-functional development teams to analyze requirements, recommend appropriate technologies, and deliver robust, standards-compliant solutions across both new and legacy environments.


Responsibilities:

  • Support software and web architecture development, including requirements analysis, process execution, evaluation, and system integration.
  • Analyze customer requirements to determine the most effective software and web technologies to meet mission and business needs.
  • Interact directly with customers and internal development teams to gather, define, and refine functional and technical requirements.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software and web-based applications and content solutions.
  • Evaluate, select, and integrate Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) tools and technologies.
  • Follow a formal design and development process using specifications, data flow diagrams, and other accepted design methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and established guidelines for software and web development, including best practices related to reuse, modularity, efficiency, reliability, maintainability, and fault tolerance.
  • Coordinate the creation and integration of required technology components into cohesive and functional system and site designs.
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively on integrated project teams.
  • May lead tasks, projects, or small teams, and in some cases coordinate the efforts of multiple teams through project completion.
  • Provide guidance and technical direction to team members and stakeholders as appropriate.


Requirements:

  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Current TS/SCI security clearance
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • Mid-level professional experience in software and web application development.
  • Experience analyzing requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with formal software development methodologies and design techniques.
  • Experience supporting or integrating both new and legacy systems.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, including customer-facing interaction.
  • Successful background and drug screening check.


Preferred Requirements:


  • Current TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
  • Experience with enterprise or mission-critical web services.
  • Experience evaluating and integrating COTS/GOTS solutions.
  • Prior experience leading tasks or small technical teams.
