Job Summary:
Techstra Solutions is a certified woman-owned management consulting firm specializing in strategy, technology, and implementation services. They are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a newly forming technology team, focusing on full stack development with an emphasis on Java and React.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and support full stack applications using Java and React
• Contribute to upcoming product development and existing backlog items
• Work closely with project and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Build and enhance back-end services using Java
• Develop front-end functionality using React
• Support application troubleshooting, enhancements, and ongoing improvements
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years Strong Java development experience
• 2+ years Strong React development experience
• Full stack development experience
• Ability to work on both front-end and back-end components
• Experience supporting application development projects and backlog delivery
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred:
• Experience working on newly formed or growing teams
• Experience supporting multiple application projects at once
