ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED

We have an immediate need for a skilled Front-End Developer to join our team in support of Reporting Tool Suite Sustainment efforts. In this role, your primary focus will be the development, enhancement, and sustainment of TESTFLIGHT—a high-performance geospatial collaboration tool that serves as a single, centralized repository for formal and informal finished intelligence products. A core focus of this initiative involves enhancing Section 508 accessibility for the current TESTFLIGHT interface while simultaneously redeveloping a modern, next-generation front-end to natively incorporate robust Section 508 accessibility capabilities into a fresh, intuitive user interface.

The annual base salary range for this role is $150,000-$250,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.

Work Style: On-site (no telework available)

• Core Web Development: Advanced, deep understanding of modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Java Architecture: Solid hands-on experience with Java 8+.

• Integration Troubleshooting: Proven track record of understanding, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex interfaces between multiple enterprise applications.

• Frameworks Tooling: Practical experience with GWT (Google Web Toolkit), PrimeFaces, and Quarkus.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, PLUS 7+ years of professional software engineering experience OR High School Diploma / GED, PLUS 11+ years of hands-on technical software development experience in lieu of a degree.

Accessibility Standards Tools: Proficiency with screen readers (e.g., JAWS, NVDA) and deep knowledge of Section 508 compliance and WAI-ARIA standards.

Database Cloud: Familiarity with Oracle databases and Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure.

Domain Policy Expertise: Familiarity with Agency reporting and dissemination tools, as well as Agency security and classification policies.

Agile Tooling: Experience working in an Agile software development framework using Jira and Confluence.
