Job description

We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to support plant-level financial operations. This person will work closely with the finance and operations teams on financial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, month-end close, cost control, and business decision support.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data, expenses, and business performance.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting.
  • Review actual vs. budget results and investigate variances.
  • Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Work with operations and other teams to understand financial results.
  • Support audits, financial controls, and special financial projects.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to management.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related area.
  • Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • SAP/ERP experience is a plus.
