Job Description Operations Engineer Location: Onsite - Indianapolis, IN Pay: Up to $85K Direct Hire Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for an Operations Engineer to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This person will support the company's internal infrastructure and customer environments deployed in the cloud, working across systems, networking, and SQL. RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and deploy systems, network, and SQL infrastructure for SaaS software implementations Support installation of on-prem and cloud applications Troubleshoot systems issues related to web application firewalls, load balancers, and APIs, and understand how these systems communicate with each other Work across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments Use SQL tools to troubleshoot SQL statements Provide escalated technical support REQUIREMENTS: Jr-Mid level infrastructure experience with strong troubleshooting abilities Exposure to Windows systems and networking tasks Some SQL exposure, with an understanding of basic database concepts PREFERRED SKILLS: Bachelor's degree Cloud experience, ideally with some light exposure to AWS and Azure TERMS: This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $85K based on experience.
