Global Dimensions is a HUBZone-certified, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Fredericksburg, Virginia. We are a dynamic and growing organization delivering mission-critical solutions in language and cultural services, training and education, information technology, cybersecurity, intelligence, and specialized operational support to the U.S. Government.

We are seeking a qualified Mid-Level Imagery Analyst (IA) to support mission-critical geospatial intelligence operations in Springfield, Virginia. The selected candidate will provide Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) and Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) analysis, with a primary focus on softcopy imagery exploitation, analysis, and production in support of high-priority intelligence missions.

The Mid-Level Imagery Analyst is responsible for analyzing, exploiting, and producing imagery intelligence products that support national security objectives. The successful candidate will apply advanced GEOINT and IMINT techniques to identify, assess, and report intelligence derived from multiple imagery sources while supporting operational and strategic mission requirements.

The ideal candidate possesses an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance, is eligible to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph, and has completed formal imagery analysis training through a certified military or government imagery schoolhouse. This position requires proficiency with ArcGIS or comparable geospatial applications, experience analyzing multimodal imagery, and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality intelligence products in a fast-paced, classified environment.

Essential Job Functions:

Perform imagery intelligence (IMINT) and geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) analysis using softcopy imagery and other geospatial data sources.

Exploit and analyze multi-source and multimodal imagery to identify, characterize, and assess objects, activities, and geographic features of intelligence interest.

Produce timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence products supporting operational and strategic mission requirements.

Utilize ArcGIS or comparable geospatial software to conduct spatial analysis, create maps, and support intelligence reporting.

Maintain and analyze geospatial databases and imagery repositories to support ongoing intelligence operations.

Integrate imagery analysis with other intelligence disciplines to produce comprehensive all-source assessments.

Identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and indicators through detailed imagery exploitation.

Prepare written intelligence reports, graphics, overlays, and briefings for government customers.

Ensure all intelligence products comply with Intelligence Community tradecraft standards and customer requirements.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary intelligence teams supporting time-sensitive and mission-critical operations.

Perform additional duties as assigned in support of program objectives.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with current SCI eligibility reflected in DISS.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

Ability to obtain additional polygraph requirements, if required by the customer.

Minimum five (5) years of IMINT and/or GEOINT experience, in accordance with J-02 experience point calculations.

Minimum one (1) year of recent operational IMINT experience within the last three (3) years.

Successful completion of a certified military or government imagery analysis training program (or equivalent accredited imagery schoolhouse).

Functional experience using ArcGIS or comparable geospatial analysis software.

Experience analyzing multimodal imagery.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-security environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills:

More than five (5) years of intelligence analysis experience supporting imagery and geospatial intelligence product development.

GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC).

Advanced proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, or other enterprise geospatial platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Geospatial Intelligence, Geography, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Intelligence Studies, Remote Sensing, Geospatial Science, or a related discipline.

Experience using Structured Observation Management (SOM) tools.

Experience working with geodatabases and advanced geospatial workflows.

Experience supporting National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Department of Defense (DoD), or Intelligence Community (IC) programs.

Ability to begin work immediately.
