Job Family: Technology Consulting

Travel Required: Up to 10%

What You Will Do

As a Consultant you will have the daily responsibility to analyze client data and generate project results. You will assist with tasks associated with project workstreams and interact with our clients to ensure engagement success. This will include supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and senior consulting leaders. You will also assist senior team members with tasks related to divisional growth such as proposals and marketing material. You will be expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal management.

As a Consultant you will follow a clearly defined career path and continue to deepen your specialized industry knowledge and consulting skills. As you hone your project management skills, leadership abilities, and the aptitude for managing multiple workstreams, you will have the opportunity to progress to the Senior Consultant level and beyond!

What You Will Need
  • 0-2+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and a collaborative, consultancy mindset.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, verbal and written communication skills, tailoring communications to both clients and coworkers.
  • Focus on exceptional quality in all deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL and/or Python.
