Summary/Objectives

We're on the hunt for competitive, curious, and coachable individuals who want to start their sales career on a winning team. As an Associate Account Executive (AAE), you'll be the engine behind our outbound pipeline-identifying, connecting with, and setting high-quality meetings for our Account Executives with potential customers across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts.
This is a launchpad role with a clear goal: to earn your way into an Account Executive seat within your first 12 months.
Essential Functions

  • Drive outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate net new meetings
  • Set monthly goals of 40 total meetings (segmented by account size)
    • 20 with SMBs (under 500 employees)
    • 15 with Mid-Market (500-2,000 employees)
    • 5 with Enterprise (2,000+ employees or 10,000+ students)

  • Qualify prospects and schedule high-impact sales meetings for the AE team
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and clear documentation of all outreach
  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to optimize messaging and targeting
  • Learn the ropes of the sales process and shadow AEs to prep for your next step
