  • Maintain robust documentation of control activities
  • Communicate with business partners regarding enhancements
  • Identify and develop additional quality assurance processes and key performance metrics
  • Mitigate issues, fill process gaps, enhance marketing output quality, and prevent future risk
  • Participate in extracurricular projects by providing marketing quality insights and expertise
  • Extract, analyze, and reconcile large volumes of customer, operational, and financial data to support reporting, process improvements, and quality risk validations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3โ€“5 years of experience working with Excel to evaluate data
  • Experience in credit card, retail, or banking industries, focused on Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, or Quality Assurance
  • Senior Analyst (A): 4+ years of experience with data mining tools such as SAS, SQL, and Microsoft Access
  • Senior Analyst (A): Experience analyzing marketing performance, driving marketing efficiency, extracting data from various sources, and writing queries
  • Experience extracting, analyzing, and reconciling large volumes of customer, operational, and financial data using WinSQL and Databricks
  • Demonstrated interest and experience with generative AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and Databricks Genie
  • Senior Analyst (B): Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Senior Analyst (B): One or more of ISTQB, Certified Agile Tester (CAT), Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP), and/or Chartered Market Technician (CMT)
  • Senior Analyst (B): 3โ€“5 years of domain functional testing experience
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, Adobe Workfront, SAS, and SQL
  • Critical thinking and data extraction/reporting skills
  • Must be work authorized in the United States full time without current or future sponsorship
  • F-1 student visa holders are not eligible
