Job Description
Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to provide support to senior resources on the team in areas of technical writing/review, research assistance, documentation preparation, gap analysis and compile and drafting documentation for use in responses to requests.
Duties
Includes but not limited to:
  • Memoranda, data analysis, staff papers, briefings, presentations, talking points, fact sheets, training, and other materials as requested
  • Review technical documentation for content accuracy, clarity, grammar, spelling, compliance with established templates, and adherence to standards
  • Develop document templates, standard operating procedures, job aids, and associated metrics for use in the U.S. Coast Guard Requirements and Analysis Process

Qualifications
Required education and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Commuinications, Public Affairs or related technical discipline (Extensive, directly applicable experience may substitute for the academic degree requirement)
  • Gap Analysis and Executive Briefing
  • 3 years Experience of progressive experience in IT business analuysis, strategic communications, or related field
  • Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office and excellent writing skills

Required Clearance
  • Secret
