The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost forecasting, materials take-offs, and vendor coordination. As a Project Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids, conducting thorough quantity take-offs, and developing project budgets to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
  • Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
  • Develop project budgets and ensure projects remain within budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
