You are a seasoned Android engineer with 4+ years of experience as an Android developer and have experience with Compose and expertise in Kotlin. You have deep expertise building in the Android ecosystem and you understand the ins and outs of the Android stack, from build tools to building UI and a proven track record of building and shipping user-facing features at scale.You act like an owner. You are proactive, resourceful, and enjoy highly autonomous environments. You enjoy owning user problems and working cross-functionally to convert product visions into technical solutions, strategies, and roadmaps. You work independently and understand how to efficiently prioritize and utilize your team to meet company goals.You’re a strong communicator. You’ll build new products and features to meet critical product and business needs in a scalable and performant way. You’ll write clean, well-tested, and efficient code, build observability and monitoring, improve our infrastructure and tooling and have the benefit of working with others who share your enthusiasm.You’ll help shape product strategy. You will get to use your own product (and talk with others while they are using it) every day, and have significant input into its development. Your ideas will always be heard.You’ll work collaboratively. You’ll work closely with a talented group of engineers, product managers, designers, and data scientists to understand user problems and co-create product solutions. The salary for this position is between $201,500 and $246,000. It may vary based on the applicant’s level of experience, education, specialized knowledge, skills, and the market rate for similar positions.
