Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Mid-Level SQL Developer to design, develop, and maintain efficient database solutions, translating business needs into technical specifications and ensuring high system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Development: Create, optimize, and maintain ETL Processes with multiple disparate data sources used by the enterprise with the goal of facilitating the telling of one "enterprise" story while ensuring integrity of the source data as well as the data warehouse objects.

  • Performance Tuning: Analyze and optimize SQL queries to enhance performance and reduce latency.

  • Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define data needs.

  • Support: Troubleshoot database issues and perform code reviews to maintain high standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 3-5 years in a SQL developer role.

  • Technical: Strong expertise in T-SQL, complex query writing, database profiling, and performance tuning.

  • Tools: Experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS), Visual Studio Database Projects, and version control (Azure DevOps).
