Job description

About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical Mid-to-Senior Level Amazon PPC Manager to lead and optimize our Amazon advertising efforts. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ideal for someone who thrives on data, understands Amazon's complex ad ecosystem, and is focused on driving ROI through smart budget allocation, operational discipline, and campaign efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner who is comfortable working with large datasets, identifying patterns quickly, and turning complex data into actionable growth strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon advertising, TACOS, ACOS, profitability, conversion, inventory flow, and ranking strategy - not just campaign management.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving problems, finding opportunities in data, and driving measurable Amazon growth at scale.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end management of Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
  • Analyze large-scale Amazon PPC and sales data to identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and wasted ad spend
  • Define and execute tactical strategies to improve ROAS, reduce inefficiencies, and scale profitable growth
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and keyword strategies to meet KPIs
  • Connect PPC performance with retail sales, inventory levels, pricing, margins, conversion rates, and ranking performance
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and ongoing optimization
  • Build clear reporting dashboards and actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, creative, and content teams to support growth initiatives and improve ad performance
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for campaign execution, reporting, and operational workflows
  • Identify and implement automation and scaling opportunities
  • Quickly adapt to new systems, reporting structures, and internal workflows
Requirements
  • 2-5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with proven ROI impact
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make fast, data-driven decisions
  • Deep understanding of TACOS, ACOS, ROAS, ranking strategy, keyword optimization, profitability, and Amazon growth mechanics
  • Highly proficient in Google Sheets and Excel, including working with large datasets and pivot tables
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Ads Manager, Seller Central, Brand Analytics, and Amazon ad types
  • Familiarity with third-party PPC tools such as Helium 10, Perpetua, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Amazon Ads certification is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to simplify complex data into clear actions
Ideal Candidate
  • Highly analytical and performance-driven
  • Fast learner who adapts quickly to changing environments
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Understands both profitability and growth at scale
  • Naturally curious, proactive, and operationally disciplined
