What are the typical responsibilities and work expectations for a mid level professional working a 4pm to 8pm shift?

A mid-level professional working a 4pm to 8pm shift is often expected to handle core operational tasks during evening hours, which may include providing customer support, monitoring ongoing projects, completing end-of-day reporting, or facilitating communication between day and night teams.
