Software Engineer | Engineering Intelligence
Location: Seattle WA (Flexible Hybrid Schedule)
Salary: $140-180k DOE
Headquartered in Seattle with teams nationwide, we are a growing software company focused on engineering intelligence with a platform that combines product and method to help software teams work smarter, not harder. Due to growth and demand for our product, we are looking for a software engineer who can work across our application and tech stack and is excited to solve customer-specific problems. This role can flex from solid mid-level to senior, depending on experience.
What You'll Do
  • Build end-to-end features for our React dashboard and Java services that power engineering metrics for top-tier customers.
  • Own the full flow: design, implementation, tests, deployment, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate closely with product, data science, and client transformation team to translate real-work engineering workflows into intuitive product experiences.
  • Have an outsized impact across the full development lifecycle and contribute to improving our engineering practices and metrics -- applying the same principles we deliver to customers to how we build.
Who You Are
  • Several years of professional software engineering experience in a product-focused SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with our tech stack: modern JavaScript (React), Java, Python, Docker/Kubernetes, modern SQL/NoSQL databases, and AWS.
  • Proficient in data-heavy products, analytics dashboards, or developer/productivity tools, as well as owning integrations with third-party APIs/SDKs (e.g., Jira, GitHub, CI/CD, or similar developer tools).
  • Solid understanding of the engineering process and a teachable, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Nice-to-haves: ECS/container orchestration, data visualization tools (Highcharts, D3.js, etc), and logging/monitoring/tracing tools (Opensearch, Grafana, Datadog, etc).
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary ($140-180k DOE)
  • Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision)
  • 401k
  • Flexible PTO
  • Impact. Your work will directly influence how our customers run their engineering environments.
  • Culture. Collaborative, hybrid environment with people who care about both great engineering and sustainable ways of working.
