About the Role

In this position, you will collaborate with a highly skilled team consisting of:

  • 7 OB/GYN physicians
  • 8 Certified Nurse Midwives
  • 2 Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists
  • Additional gynecologic providers

Together, we manage over 2,000 deliveries annually, ensuring a diverse clinical experience that sharpens your skills while providing exceptional support.

What We Offer

As a member of our healthcare team, you will benefit from:

  • 6 weeks of paid time off starting in your first year, in addition to paid holidays
  • Access to federal and state student loan repayment programs
  • CME reimbursement and support for professional development
  • FTCA coverage (eliminating concerns about malpractice insurance)
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
  • A collaborative and mission-driven culture that prioritizes provider wellness and work-life balance
About Our Organization

We are a Joint Commission-accredited Federally Qualified Health Center serving Maryland's Lower Eastern Shore. This region boasts an exceptional quality of life, a lower cost of living, abundant recreational activities, and convenient access to major cities such as Washington, DC, Baltimore, and Philadelphia—each within about two hours.

Qualifications
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
  • Successful completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Maryland medical license
