What You Will Be Doing Senior RF Engineers are responsible for: Supporting the development and production of complex multi-function modules in all phases of the product life cycle. Designing and developing circuits, modules, and sub-systems from initial concept through prototyping and full rate production. Acting independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with the implementation of operational products.

Collaborating with other engineering disciplines including hardware engineers, systems engineers, and circuit design engineers as well as technical and manufacturing support personnel. Further Information About This Opportunity: This position is in Andover, Massachusetts - Located approximately 30 miles northwest of Boston, Andover embodies New England charm. A company-sponsored Interim Secret is required to start. Basic Qualifications Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred or BS Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) accepted plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional engineering experience or 1 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Experience with troubleshooting designs and resolving integration issues for RF applications.

Experience with the use of RF microwave test equipment and microwave simulation tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Candidate must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance and be able to obtain at least an Interim Secret Clearance before starting the position, therefore you must be a US Citizen.

Desired Skills Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related technical field. Active DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance. Relevant experience in the defense electronics industry, including RF applications.

Experience with RF subsystems and hardware including antennas, transmitters, receivers, microwave components, low noise amplifiers, high power amplifiers, advanced electronic modules, amplifiers, mixers, switches, frequency generation circuits, and frequency conversion circuits. Prior RF design experience is preferred. Demonstrated experience with microwave simulation tools for RF system design.

Experience with microelectronics assembly techniques. Experience with technical documentation such as specifications, schematic drawings, and test data. Hands-on hardware experience.

Familiarity with production and manufacturing environments. Ability to lead failure investigations on production or technical issues. Ability work in a team collaborative environment especially with manufacturing and industrial engineers and/or operator on production support.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
