Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager (TAM) with expertise in microwave network technologies to join our team. The TAM will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients with microwave network deployments, ensuring their technical needs are met and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Serve as the primary technical liaison between Ceragon and assigned clients with microwave network deployments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, including network engineers, project managers, and executives.

Understand the technical requirements and business objectives of assigned clients and provide strategic guidance and support to ensure their success.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and support, to deliver solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to assigned clients based on their needs and objectives.

Monitor the performance of client microwave networks, identify areas for improvement or optimization, and recommend appropriate solutions or enhancements.

Manage escalations and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Track and report on key metrics and performance indicators related to client satisfaction, network performance, and revenue growth.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Assist Presales in the preparation of proposals and technical documentation.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or preferably masterโ€™s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.

10+ years of experience in a TAM or similar role within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on microwave networks.

In-depth knowledge of microwave network technologies, including point-to-point and point-to-multipoint microwave links, radio frequency (RF) engineering, and network design principles.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.

Understanding of 4G and 5G technologies.

Understanding of layer 2, layer 2.5 and layer 3 protocols

Understanding of Ceragon and Ceragon by Siklu Microwave products is a plus.

Understanding of Network Management Systems.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, PMP) are a plus.
