Job Title: Senior Business Analyst/BI Lead

Job Description:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of Co-Branded Credit Card (CBCC) data model and architecture to identify reporting opportunities and define technical requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for new MicroStrategy reports and dashboards focused on cardholder behavior, sales performance, and program profitability
  • Document and analyze existing reporting capabilities and identify gaps in current credit card usage analytics
  • Design conceptual frameworks for Usage Reports (cardholder acquisition, spending behavior, lifecycle engagement), Sales Reports (direct/incremental sales contribution), and Profitability Reports (revenue, cost, ROI analysis)
  • Lead the design and development of MicroStrategy reports and dashboards for co-branded credit card program analytics
  • Architect data flows and transformation logic for credit card usage, sales engagement, and profitability reporting solutions
  • Create detailed technical design specifications outlining dashboard functionality, data mapping, and integration requirements
  • Oversee development of complex reporting components including cardholder segmentation, spending pattern analysis, and promotional effectiveness metrics
  • Design and execute comprehensive unit testing strategies to validate report functionality, data accuracy, and performance optimization
  • Provide technical leadership during SQA testing phases, including test data preparation, defect triage, and resolution coordination
  • Collaborate with offshore development team to ensure quality standards and technical requirements are met
  • Lead stakeholder demonstrations and gather feedback on developed reporting solutions during iterative development cycles
  • Create high-level analysis reports summarizing discovery findings, proposed dashboard specifications, and recommended reporting solutions
  • Develop functional specifications for customer lifetime value analysis and risk/write-off reporting capabilities
