Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Create and maintain sophisticated MicroStrategy applications, including documents, dashboards, metrics, filters, prompts, and templates.
- Semantic Layer Management: Design and maintain the MicroStrategy metadata, including creating and modifying attributes, facts, and hierarchies (Schema Objects).
- Performance Optimization: Optimize report and dashboard performance, manage I-cubes and caches, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and functional reports.
- Administration & Migration: Perform object migration using Object Manager, manage user security roles, and administer Intelligence Server (I-Server).
- Data Analysis: Write, test, and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and validation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience working with the MicroStrategy platform.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts (e.g., Oracle, Snowflake, Teradata).
