Job description

Sr. Web Developer

Job Summary

The Senior Web Developer oversees website and web application development, ensuring strict quality control, Section 508 compliance, and high usability. This role focuses heavily on public-facing and internal grants- and council-related applications integrated with federal enterprise systems.


Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
  • Experience:
    • At least 4 years of experience overseeing web development and maintaining quality control.
    • At least 5 years of specialized experience working with grants and council-related systems.


Critical Tool Stack & Technologies:

Must possess at least 5 years of experience with:

    • Web Frameworks & Frameworks: MVC 5, jQuery
    • Automation & CMS: Drupal (versions 8, 9, 10, 11) hosted in Azure, Nintex K2 automation
    • DevOps Pipelines: Cypress, Travis CI, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps Pipelines
    • Collaboration Platforms: SharePoint (2016, 2019, Subscription Edition, and SharePoint Online)
    • Databases: Writing stored procedures for both Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database


Must possess at least 3 years of experience with:

    • React and the United States Web Design System (USWDS)
    • Security Architecture: Claims-based authentication
