Our work depends on Software Engineer (Developer) joining our team to design, develop, code, test, and debug complex software products, or make significant enhancements to existing software.
HOW A SOFTWARE DEVELOPER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performance web applications. Candidate will develop responsive, modular front-end experiences using component-based architectures like C# Blazor, Angular, and/or React. Candidate will be a champion for technical excellence, writing robust code guided by Clean Code methodologies to ensure scalability and maintainability. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform complex requirements into elegant technical solutions that drive our business forward.
  • Work with a team to analyze existing software applications and tools and recommend new technologies and methodologies to improve system performance and usability.
  • Design, develop and deploy new software tools that extend or replace existing capabilities.
  • Provides full lifecycle database design and software development to include the requirements gathering, design, development, testing, documentation, supporting technical writers and testers, configuration, and maintenance of developed software projects.
  • Maintains existing custom-developed software and supports COTS/GOTS software products as needed.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training, and work/military experience.
  • CompTIA Security+ CE version


Required Experience:

  • 4+ years of related experience


Required Technical Skills:

  • 3+ years of .NET / .NET Core Experience
  • 3+ years of C# Experience
  • 2+ years SQL Server
  • 3+ experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • 2+ years of Component base Architecture (Blazor, Angular, React)
  • Develop UI Components: Build scalable, reusable user interface components using C# Blazor, Angular, and/or React frameworks.
  • Integrate Backend Services: Connect modern front-end components with secure, high-performance RESTful APIs, Databases, and backend services.
  • Development Tools: Familiarity with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and cloud environments like Microsoft Azure or AWS
  • Requirements gathering through customer interaction throughout the life-cycle of the product
  • Cyber Security concepts with POA&M and deliverables

Security Clearance Level:

  • Top Secret clearance to start and must be able to obtain SCI


Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience building custom web-based applications utilizing the .NET framework, Visual Studio, and Microsoft SQL Server. Experience includes JavaScript and various JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Kendo UI, bootstrap, Knockout JS, Moment JS, and Microsoft SignalR.
  • Understand Agile terms and workflows.

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in primary programming languages Blazor, React, or Angular
  • Proficiency in querying and managing relational Database technologies SQL Server, CRM
  • Experience with source control management using Azure DevOps, Git, TFS 2020+
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamic CRM
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services
  • Experience withSQL Server Integration Services
  • Detail oriented and organized; able to understand information systems and ensure accuracy of work.
  • Good written and business communication skills
  • Must be able to interpret specifications, troubleshoot and create software solutions.
  • Requires a good working knowledge of integrating web applications.

The likely salary range for this position is $106,250 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
