Job description


Position Summary

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting vehicles to and from the airport and service center, and delivering vehicles to car rental offices, repair shops, military bases, and other locations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Shuttle vehicles between the service center and the airport
  • Deliver vehicles to appropriate locations as directed
  • Maintain fuel logs and other logs as requested by management
  • Perform additional related duties as required or assigned


Qualifications

Required

  • Must show proof of a valid driver’s license and satisfactory (Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
  • Must be 21 years of age or have a driver's license for 3 years
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry, typing, and some experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to complete tasks with precision, speed, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Customer service and sales orientation
  • Passion for helping others
  • High school diploma or equivalent


Management Responsibilities

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. This position reports to the Counter Supervisor and Location Manager.


Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting, working on a computer, twisting, bending, and walking; getting in and out of vehicles, driving, and inspecting vehicles
  • May require periods of servicing and cleaning vehicles, lifting cleaning equipment, and using cleaning products
