Microsoft SCCM Specialist

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Position Summary

The Microsoft SCCM Specialist is responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and endpoint management environments. This role supports enterprise software deployment, operating system imaging, patch management, endpoint security, asset management, and device lifecycle operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer SCCM infrastructure and supporting components.
  • Manage software deployment, application packaging, and distribution.
  • Develop and maintain automated desktop and laptop imaging solutions.
  • Monitor SCCM client health and system performance.
  • Deploy operating system updates, patches, and security configurations.
  • Configure boundaries, distribution points, and bandwidth optimization settings.
  • Support endpoint security, antivirus deployment, and compliance initiatives.
  • Create and maintain automated deployment and reporting processes.
  • Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for SCCM-related services.
