Role summary / purpose

The Operations Analyst will play a vital role in supporting business operations by leveraging data-driven insights, managing workloads, tracking key financial and operational metrics, and ensuring ongoing operational excellence. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about using data to drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Database Data Pulls: Extract, organize, and validate data from various databases to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making activities.
  • Workload Management: Assist in the allocation and prioritization of tasks and projects across teams, ensuring efficient resource utilization and timely completion of deliverables.
