Position Summary:
The Account Supervisor oversees daily security operations across multiple critical infrastructure sites, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational excellence. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and company requirements while providing effective supervision of both armed and unarmed security officers. The Account Supervisor serves as the primary point of coordination between site personnel, security staff, and management, promoting professionalism, accountability, and a high standard of security performance across all assigned locations.
Classification: Exempt
Salary: $80,000-$83,000
Site Location: Las Vegas
Reports To: VP Of Western Operations
Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Provide hands-on supervision and leadership to the security team
  2. Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for 24/7 coverage
  3. Ensure all officers are trained, qualified, and prepared before assignment
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for the client
  5. Conduct site inspections, performance evaluations, and quality assurance
  6. Deliver classroom training and ongoing development for officers
  7. Respond to emergencies and operational issues; maintain 24/7 availability
  8. Ensure coverage during vacations, sick leave, and unexpected absences
  9. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
  10. Serve as an ambassador for the client at all times

Work Environment
  1. This position will be primarily based in the Las Vegas Area.
  2. The function of this position requires responsive and friendly customer service skills accompanied by professionalism and patience.
  3. Must be proficient in the English language.
Physical Demands

  2. Required to sit at a desk, answer phone calls a provide information to customer and clients
  3. Able to stand for extended periods of time and conduct patrols for extended periods of time.
  4. Able to perform manual filing of records and able to move files weighing ten pounds or less.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  1. Have a minimum of 3 years of security experience as an Area Manager/Supervisor and prior experience as a security officer or a degree in criminal justice or related field.
  2. Understand and retain knowledge of Federal, State, Local and Owner policies, procedures, rules, regulations, statutes
  3. Write, read, understand and implement post orders and other specialized documents as required
  4. Maintain a clean, neatly groomed and professional appearance
  5. Speak and write fluently in English and to maintain English fluency in stressful and emergency situations
  6. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic
  7. Possess above average communication skills for effective interactions with, public, employees, and personnel of public safety agencies.
  8. Be available 24-hours a day, 7 days per week via telephone and demonstrate the ability to respond to emergencies in a reasonable amount of time
  9. Ensure there is adequate coverage during vacation/sick days.
  10. Must possess Armed PILB card
