Job Description:
Join a growing, multi-generational organization at a pivotal point in its digital transformation as it transitions to Microsoft Dynamics within the M365 ecosystem. As a Power Platform Architect, you will take ownership of designing, building, and optimizing enterprise solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. This role combines strategic architecture with hands-on development, requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions. You will play a critical role in stabilizing and advancing ERP integrations, driving governance and best practices, and ensuring long-term success of the organization’s Power Platform initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Lead integration efforts between Dynamics ERP and other enterprise systems.
  • Establish governance standards, security protocols, and best practices for Power Platform usage.
  • Provide hands-on development and troubleshooting for complex applications and workflows.
  • Evaluate new platform capabilities and recommend adoption strategies aligned to business needs.
  • Document architecture, technical designs, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate across IT, business analysts, and project teams to ensure successful delivery of enterprise initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics, M365 ecosystem, and Azure integrations.
